      Pros

      Good if you are fresher. Will learn very faster. Other than this none I am able to recall.

      Cons

      For freshers although exposure is great but salary will be very minimal; just half of what big IT companies like CTS, TCS etc. pays. No work life balance they treat humans as slaves unnecessary pressure from onsite Onsite thinks themselves as client...and offshore as slave Onsite guys understand a little from business and ask to build X and after 10-15 iterations it will be cube root of X^Y*Z and don't give a damn what offshore developers/leads think...Lot of rework No weekend off you need to work almost all 7 days sometime people leave in morning...20-24 hrs shift

      Good Place to work at. people are awesome. managers are mostly the best.

      Dint see a challenge. Pay was bad

      Thanks for taking the time to review. We are happy to know that you had a good experience working here at Ducen. However, in regards to pay, employees get increments based on their performance annually during their performance review.
