      Pros

      Food and ambience Good learning curve for freshers and experienced.

      Cons

      No work life balance, I worked for services. Need to work on weekends and holidays. They will suck you like anything especially in services. Managers if they feel you are doing better and if they feel like you might overtake them, they will degrade you in the appraisal process and make you feel to go out. Except one or two managers all the managers wanted to show themselves as key resource and if you outperform their expectations and if you get visibility, they will degrade you and push you to your edge. You can see more employees leaving and always there is hiring happening.

      We value our employees and we regret that you were disappointed with your time at Ducen. A lot has changed since you moved on. Ducen has now adopted ROWE, which allows employees to decide how they want to work, where they want to work, and even how long they want to work. We do want to say that we were not perfect, and even today we still aren't. But every day, we are trying to figure out ways to get better.       Good Place to work at. people are awesome. managers are mostly the best.

      Thanks for taking the time to review. We are happy to know that you had a good experience working here at Ducen. However, in regards to pay, employees get increments based on their performance annually during their performance review.
