Pros
Relaxing , but productive. employee's the best , they seem to hire well, salary is very good, will not match this outside the company doing the same line of work. Management easy to converse with, they actually listern to issues and idea's, take on board and support you in improvments. Very Informative on the way the business is performing and what needs to change if anything, they involve eveyone in making changes etc. Good pension , share options
Cons
To much red tape at times. Slow in making decisions. HR (UK) not Bristol very slow and not up to date with HR laws etc, have to research yourself. need a few more people in this role / department
