Pros
- Product is one of the best if not THE best in the industry making it extremely easy to have customer conversations with confidence. - The entire team is built on people with a willingness to help one another if you run into challenges. This provides confidence in always having a timely solution. - Freedom to work from anywhere being a remote role. There are measurements in place to keep everyone accountable and focussed on the task at hand, which I prefer. - Most recently named one of the most successful private companies in America on the Inc. 5000 at 55. This gives me a great indication of future success and stability. Being in the start up world and in tech, it can be extremely volatile if you do not have the right team or leadership in place.
Cons
- Depending on your professional social side, being a remote role with all individuals striving to complete their tasks, it may feel isolating at times.
