      Pros

      The owners are incredibly generous (lots of perks and incentives) and they really care about the people that work for them. The environment they've created has an excellent balance between focus and fun, and there is a great sense of comradery within this group. Working remotely is a huge plus as it gives me the flexibility to work around my kids and their activities. The company is always open to fresh ideas, and they truly want input from every team member. This is a great place to sharpen skills (even develop new skills) and a great place to stay on the learning curve.

      Cons

      Honestly...I can't think of any! My experience has been great!

      Pros

      I get to work from home or anywhere in the world which means that I can travel whenever I want as long as I show up for my shift. There is constant chatter on Slack about everything that is going on in our day to day work so you really don't get the isolated feeling you can from other W@H jobs I have worked at, and the information is in real-time and keeps us up to date. The 2 owners are hands-on and available to speak with and seem to value everyone's opinions. They are motivating and super nice. The job is fast-paced and challenging. I am often surprised when my shift has ended that I had worked 8 hours.

      I'm giving this some hard thoughts but I'm not coming up with anything.

      They are nimble seem to adapt quickly. Fast paced environment. Unreal growth opportunity. Open to suggestions.

      Cons

      They recently went through a restructure but that is done and there is a very positive future.
