Pros
Dropbox is an incredible company and truly puts their people first and prioritizes employee mental health and wellbeing, which many organizations claim to do but often fall short. Dropbox has curated a phenomenal team and has equipped each department with exceptional leaders. With any job, there are many ups and downs but I do believe that Dropbox goes above and beyond to ensure each employee has access to the resources they need to succeed in their role. The org provides great benefits (medical, wellness perks, etc.) and encourages people to take the time they need away from work. Couldn't be happier to be apart of this team.
Cons
Not a lot of cons that are top of mind. As mentioned above, every company has it's ups and downs but Dropbox does a really great job of mitigating broken processes and working toward a resolution.
