- First of all, great compensation package. I mean GREAT. - benefits and perks are incredible - incredible smart and driven ppl around clearly shows that they take hiring the best talent seriously - product is actually way more robust than I anticipated - really impressed by business value of product - onboarding was supposed to be in sanfran but had to be done virtually and was great despite (global pandemic happening all around us) - great systems and processes and ppl genuinely care about your success - refreshing and delightful to be here in the new Toronto office

- Decent culture - Well oiled machine in internal project cycle & processes

Cons

- Very siloed work, not a lot of people felt supported - Aggressive deadlines right after joining - Got a level down in title but work expectations were VERY high and not proportional
