Pros
Good experience at Dropbox for the most part. Great building and environment, and the team do seem to manage and live their company values. I highly recommend.
Cons
In the non technical area I worked in, they did manage by fear a little bit. I'm not a huge fan of that approach and as such ultimately decided it was not the best long term fit for me.
