Pros

Wonderful people who are always willing to help each other out and teach colleagues, great perks at the SF office including an amazing corporate cafeteria, great opportunities to grow your career, volunteer time off, and company culture

Cons

Managers can get overloaded, there is some lack of consistent processes in engineering, not a lot of women in infrastructure engineering, few mentor/mentee opportunities

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Women in leadership roles did increase year over year and we are developing more programs to enhance our mentorship opportunities in 2018 as well as management training. While we have made inroads with women in technical roles year over year we still feel we can do better.

Pros

Great place to work. Excellent pay and benefits.

Cons

Tech isn't really cutting edge anymore. All the new stuff is AI related gimmicks to try and keep up with competition.

Pros

Benefits: - Personal wellbeing allowance - Annual performance bonus - Equity - Internet & cell phone reimbursement

Cons

Very little room for growth. No real sense of job security due to the constant layoffs. Execs chase the latest and greatest trends, only to abandon projects halfway through. There’s no real sense of leadership or direction—where’s the company headed? What’s the actual goal of [xyz] project?
