- compenstation and benefits are very strong vs peers - there are a lot of unorthodox perks - work from home policy; trust policy is refreshing - the people are generally really friendly

- lengthy interview process with a large number of people - onboarding is a little weak - understanding org structure is challenging - management is weak; roles and responsibilities are not clear - feedback and performance reporting is nonexistent
