      Pros

      Company culture, especially on the finance and operations team is really good. They hired an experienced CFO and I've had a lot of opportunities for growing my role. I've had a lot of support in moving to a role that I really like and changed fields to find what I really want to do.

      Pros

      WFH very common and I can use it all the time. My team does one day a week work from home which is really nice. I really like my manager and have gotten a lot of help and growth from him.

      Cons

      I wish we hired more people and faster. Right now it takes way too long to hire people.
