      - Great coworkers - Decent perks - Flexible schedule

      Cons

      - Long hours and low pay - Young and inexperienced CEO, Management, Advisor - Receive a “pat on the back” for good work (IF recognized), no incentives - HR has not improved morale and does not care about employee’s issues - High amount of politics for a small company

      Pros

      Company culture, especially on the finance and operations team is really good. They hired an experienced CFO and I've had a lot of opportunities for growing my role. I've had a lot of support in moving to a role that I really like and changed fields to find what I really want to do.
