Commission structure is somewhat generous as compared to some other organizations.
Cons
The CEO prioritizes pontificating about his diet rather than leading. Sales team works hard but it is all for not and there is seemingly zero evidence of most other teams doing anything at all. No wonder they keep embarking into more layoffs. Everyone on my team is job hunting but the market is rough, especially when quota goals are set to be intensely impossible and with zero support exhibited from other teams or leadership.
