Remote work environment Working in the transportation industry which is great Decent base for AEs

Cons

No product roadmap for Sales on what is happening with expanding product with their Private Equity money. Non Existent onboarding and training procedures. Truly a churn and burn sales culture. Management cares more about their podcast productions then progressing company culture. Definitely an inner circle of old friends and family of upper management that get special treatment. Product can’t compete with their main competitor which makes sales difficult.

Remote work, decent pay. Friendly employees.

Cons

High turn-over in sales area due to management hiring too many people with no sales plan in place. Solution is always to get rid of sales people and hire more. For a product that really doesn’t cost much, they sure have a problem selling it.

Commission structure is somewhat generous as compared to some other organizations.

Cons

The CEO prioritizes pontificating about his diet rather than leading. Sales team works hard but it is all for not and there is seemingly zero evidence of most other teams doing anything at all. No wonder they keep embarking into more layoffs. Everyone on my team is job hunting but the market is rough, especially when quota goals are set to be intensely impossible and with zero support exhibited from other teams or leadership.
