Pros
Totally enjoyed working with a balanced mix of talented coworkers. As long as you produced then you were compensated fairly, as it should be.
Cons
A few newer managers were too cozy with upper management. This can happen at any company though it shouldn't be tolerated at DW. Those managers showed good numbers but didn't listen to legitimate complaints. This caused the loss of many good employees. The culture used to be more like Pixar but some management got too far away from the business at hand, creating great animation.
