- Culture is very passive aggressive; very little direct resolution of issues
- Some people work hard while a large portion of the company freeloads; managers and C-suite aren’t willing to make the hard decisions and fire the toxic employees
- Overly involved C-Suite that won’t enable the company to do the things they’re hired to do and are more experienced at doing (improving but slowly with new set of VPs)
- Lots of silos of information and no effort to bring the teams together to work collaboratively
- Pointing fingers and not accepting responsibility is endemic
- Playing favorites seems to be very common, especially by the C-Suite
