      Pros

      Consistent transparency from leadership. Above market compensation, with stock options, unlimited PTO, fully remote work, and management support for work-life balance and family priorities. The mission of protecting critical infrastructure directly translates to saving lives and gives the work a genuine purpose. Plus the swag is fantastic.

      Cons

      As a globally distributed team, occasional after-hours collaboration across time zones is needed. Product direction is heavily customer-driven, which can shift team priorities quickly and dramatically. No free coffee.

      Exciting time to be at Dragos as it comes of age (10y)

      Pros

      Now is a great time to be at Dragos. I joined in 2025. Some of the friction in the company that used to exist a few years ago appears to be designed out... with some exceptions. CEO and leadership team are driving the company. We feel like we're winning. CKO, Accenture, AI enablement and Dragos EmberAI annoucements are creating a great company-wide vibe. INTSERV operating principles, awards (CKO), leadership, and OKRs are developing and supporting positive and constructive outcomes.

      Cons

      There are 1-off pockets where there is still tension, friction, dissatisfaction. Not every aspect of people, process, and technology is where it should be for the company of its size and age. Occasional instances of a lack of mature approach, even in spite of constructive challenge.
