      Really enjoyed my time there. Good company, good assets, competitive salary. I had 2 promotions there.

      At risk of losing premium source status. The product is not sticky enough.

      Great culture within certain teams, not across the firm.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, strategy and decision making is not this firms strengths. Zero accountability across teams, this is obvious to anyone coming in the door if a mid-level to senior employee. Lots of positive toxicity.
