Pros
There is always someone to turn to if you have any questions or need advice. I love how helpful everyone is and no one ever looks down on you for not knowing something. As long as you get your work done and are managing your table, Donegal is a flexible and great working environment. And if you are ever bored, there are lots of volunteer and team building activities available.
Cons
It can sometimes be hard to manage your workload depending on how big your territory is. As an underwriter, we are too involved with audits and loss control inspections. Those items should solely be handled by the respective departments with minimal involvement of underwriters.
