Cons
1. Technology and some technology-thinking is older, so for a motivated tech-oriented worker that might start to feel restrictive and for the business itself it is wasteful to have to solve problems that could have been avoided 2. The big-picture business-problems themselves are pretty uninteresting for a tech person. 3. There isn't a whole lot else in the immediate area aside from Donegal and small restaurants/bars 4. I'm not convinced that there is room for career growth for everyone on the team
