We are sorry to read your experience of working at Domino’s was not positive. Our colleague’s feedback is always valuable to us, and we read and action every comment received, whether it’s through our internal All Hands, Fireside Chats, Instant Polls, Pulse Surveys or Employee Engagement Surveys. Recently within our IT Development team, we launched Employee Experience (EX) groups where our staff have their say on new ideas and provide suggestions on how we improve work and remove friction. This has resulted in new training and upskilling plans, mentoring schemes, new tech being introduced, the opportunity for Hackathons, salary benchmarking, external tech talks amongst others. “Always On” remains key for any Digital business and ensuring our platforms’ high uptimes is essential for protecting our customer’s experience, and allowing our teams to focus on strategic and interesting work.
