Pros

Great Working Environment. Innovative and highly talented friendly people (ready to help). I'm excited to come to work every day. - Awesome product, loved by customers -Working on latest technologies of 2019 (React.js, Styled Components, Enzyme testing, TypeScript ..) - Company encourages learning by doing and gives you the freedom to experiment through hackathons. It has a $2000 grant for learning initiatives per employee. Was a small company but is rapidly growing both in strength and revenue. Company sponsors a team lunch every wednesday and every Friday we have happy hours. 'Work hard party harder', they follow it. Flexible work timings, WFHs and leaves. Really good company culture and learning environment.

Cons

A bit of a problem if you are a slow learner as the onboarding session is short.
