      Great People to work for and with, had a team atmosphere when I was there...until Dometic purchased them.

      Cons

      Company bought by Dometic, and the culture changed for the worse.

      Great environment, great place to work. Decent benefits. Family friendly

      Cons

      No room for advancement, title change and experience etc will get pay bumps though.
