Great team and meaningful work in financial planning - Membership Director Domain Money Employee Review

Everyone on the team is willing to lend a helping hand. The financial plans are high quality, and like any startup, technology is constantly improving. The company does a great job of leveraging resources and AI to help make our jobs more efficient. It's also clear that the client experience comes first.

Overall, the company is amazing. However, there's no 401(k) matching or paid parental leave.

First and foremost, I want to call out that some of the negative reviews were related to a different leadership team (as Domain Money was a different company- a crypto trading platform- when they were launched). Here are my positives: • Flat leadership structure and a company based on meritocracy. There are no politics here. All ideas are welcome and leadership is transparent with the company. • Great product and CFP's that are legitimately helping our clients. The company has found product market fit and the sky is the limit here! • Incredibly talented people that you'll be working with • Ability to learn new skills, including AI tools, and get phenomenal experience • Strong cross functional collaboration

It's an earlier stage startup. If you're looking for a 30 hour a week job with little accountability over the quality of your work, this isn't the best place for you. Sometimes you have to operate with a bit of ambiguity and be flexible. If something is broken, you can and should fix it.
