to much work for one person, not enough people to do the work thats on their list for what their paid, if you get a new manager they come in to your store which you have been at for over 2 years thinking you do not know what to do.They schedule you by yourself and give you a huge list of things to do while they leave.MANAGERS NEED TO BE MORE EDUCATED AND SPEND MORE TIME IN THE STORE AND HELP cover shifts instead of waiting till someone calls off then call you in 1 hour b4 they want you there!!!As an x- manager from a huge company we had manager meetings and NEVER EVER POSTED A SCHEDULE WHEN YOU WORK A DAY OR TWO AND CALL YOU THINKING YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO COME IN TO COVER THE SHIFT FOR A CALL OFF SO THEY CAN GO HOME!!!!!! EDUCATE YOUR MANAGERS AND CHECK UP ON THEM
