Pros

Quick advancment, Benefits package, steady work, and leadership training

Cons

Managers are required to work over 50 hours a week 6 days a week (most of the time 60 to 70) no over time, holiday pay or sick days given. If your sick they don't care. Get to work! Not enough labor hours to complete task and keep up model store standards or in most cases get to model store standards. Managers spend more time working the store than they do managing the store, leading a team or customer service. Managers get leadership training but have no time to practice it or no team to apply it to. Time lines on pogs and seasonal sets, astablished by corp. level people, are unrealistic, unattainable and in some cases ridiculous. Corp. office does not take into consideration each individual stores current situations and circumstances when assigning deadlines on task. District Managers have to many stores in their district to be able to give quality leadership which means they are just as over worked as the store managers. Let me stress the most important thing here again "NOT ENOUGH LABOR HOURS FOR STORES TO RUN EFFECIENTLY"

Pros

There are no pros for working for this company. The store manager promotes Key holders within 2 wks of being hired. So theres no training and she rehires employee whom she has fired for theft. If your not kin too her in some way, you wont be there long. In the 7 mos ive been there we have around 10 or more employees come and go.

Cons

The pay is low and the hours that schedule you for isnt enough to live on. Thats why there is a revolving door. If your not kin to store manager you get no perks.
