Pros
Very relaxed on when needing days off. Good for temporary work or someone needing only part time.
Cons
Because of stores being limited in hours all employees except management are limited to 29 hours. It made me sick when I found out I could qualify for state issued food stamps. No real training. I was shocked that the first three weeks I was there I heard nothing but how they beloved all employees were stealing from them. They waste so many company resources trying to catch employees stealing it's sad. I could go on and on. I am just thankful I only wasted 2 months before finding a full time job.
