      The money was below average for the work completed. Bonuses must be met in order to truly feel like you are compensated wll.

      Pros

      Fast paced work environment, which makes your day go fast. In many communities you are doing good by making groceries available because you are the town store.

      Cons

      They give you almost no training and your district manager probably never worked in a store so they don't know any answers either. Their new model is to be very corporate with all the expectations and none of the PAY to back up the expectations.
