None, not exceptional, not bad

-Pay & benefits were solid -WFH -Well known SaaS business with backing from big VCs

-Inexperienced management in the finance org -Very poor work/life balance. The running joke was that employees were always still working during their "Docker PTO." -Lack of direction in terms of business model
