Environnement that will burn you out right away. Managers lean a lot on their employees and most employees are demotivated. Communication gap between senior management and frontline workers. Demeaning and condescending treatment. Seniors will fire directly and indirectly everyone with constructive feedback and the will to change for a better workplace.
