Pros
Lunch Cafeteria, Free food and drinks from time to time, The Team Leaders, coaches, and DMs are awesome, The Card members (CM) can be friendly and you dont get too many irate callers that you cant handle,, if you make the top of your team or department you get access this VIP room with a few good perks. you get non-phone time to go over your calls to see where improvement is needed. it is a very friendly and welcoming environment even for the most socially awkward or anti-social people.
Cons
Sitting at a computer for hours can be irritating, give you back aches, and hurt your eyes which can also cause you to lose focus on the CM. calls can get pretty frustrating, discover is all about change and sometimes too much change is not the best, sometime discover would (as you say) "Fix what ain't broken" to try to make things easier for the cm and the am. Even if you meet in all of your stats at the end of the month it is still very well possible to get no incentive or very little incentive (less than $50, so much for the long month of working hard, huh.?)
