Account Manager - Anonymous employee Discover Employee Review

I really like Discover. The company has great benefits and the options to edoc which means that if the business need is lower than expected then you can take that day off without being penalized. Within 5 months I have been promoted and am on my way to another one hopefully and have gotten a raise twice. The company is very interactive with employees and promotes from within and helps develop you to the person you would like to be.
