Pros
I'm in my last week of training at Discover and I love it! 8 weeks of training is a little much, but my trainer is great! Do your work and you will be just fine. Fun atmosphere. Discover does a lot for its employees.
Cons
So far I have none. If you want to say 8 weeks of training is a con then I can see that, but I am more than ready to complete the job after training.
