Cons
Not enough pay when you have to work holidays and weekends, and when you work third shift, you have to take calls for multiple departments without appropriate raises. Very inflexible scheduling, and they lie when they say you can change hours every 6 months. You get locked into 3rd shift, with no possibility of getting another shift.
