Pros
All the benefits of a big company with some pockets of entrepreneurial spirits (if you know where to find them). Good life-work balance ... if in the right department.
Cons
The company likes to think of itself as an innovator in the financial services / payments space but in reality it is more a fast (sometimes not so fast) follower. There are a lot of disparities in terms of work-life balance, management style and bonuses between departments.
