Flexible Pto, customer service department was supportive, manager really look to develop you so long as you stay on their good side and have good stats

You could move to a new team and have the complete opposite experience, manager doesn't like you so you don't advance, he does nothing in regards to bad managers who speak disrespectfully to employees
