Cons
You can't just get a supervisor to help you, the customer has to specifically ask for a supervisor and even then, you're having these customers on hold for a while because you have to wait for your supervisor to be ready and the majority of the time, they will deny helping you. You cannot just call anyone to help, you are in a chat room of people and waiting for help, therefore, the customer is impatient and waiting long periods of time. The staff are rude and the higher ups are even more rude.
