Pros
The ability to have remote access so I didn't have make the 1 hr and 15 min drive! Military work at home program.
Cons
A cliquish environment that allowed people who weren't qualified to be promoted quickly. There's definitely no open door policy whatever you say will be used against you. The new department manager in credit operation was a racist the way she treated the black people in our department was terrible! No room for growth also the pay was terrible!
