NO overtime pay Expected overtime hours - otherwise your review goes poorly. If you don't give lots of overtime there is no way to be given a 1 rating in your yearly review which means no stock options etc. Poor management Poor employee moral Poor employee motivation A CEO that feels he owns every employee and that they should be happy to even have a job A CEO that controls all salary increases for all staff even if it's 1000 raise for the year No job security, if management decides they don't like you, you can be fired with little to no advance warning.
