Great leadership, great pay, great values and ethics, this company is aligned from the top down. The higher-ups have a true relationship with the agents and home office. This is somewhere I would want my children to work.

The owner doesn't listen to his employees, comes in and barks at everyone putting the whole place on edge, and makes his sales staff do everything themselves... from customer service to dispatching. He also discusses his political beliefs in the office which is seriously unprofessional. If you are a minority or homosexual you will hate working here.
