Pros
You're a 1099 so you can wander off when the boss makes your head want to explode. Very good leads.
Cons
This is not the first auto shipper I've worked for and this company is a mess. You do all your own customer service, you're expected to work 6 days a week, the owner is 100% inapproproate - he voted for Trump and will make sure you know it, he will push you to talk about who you voted for, he pipes in Trump speeches over the office speakers, he makes sexist remarks about the female staff, racist remarks about anyone that isn't white, etc. He will also try and figure out any way he can to pay you as little commission as he can. Oh, and all that said....he goes to church every week.

Pros
Great leadership, great pay, great values and ethics, this company is aligned from the top down. The higher-ups have a true relationship with the agents and home office. This is somewhere I would want my children to work.
