Pros
- Lots of autonomy to figure out and execute against business challenges - Recently acquired by a private equity firm so a lot of ambition for growth - Everyone is really supportive and collaborative. I don't think I've seen it this good in any company that I've worked - Good benefits (bonus, credit for pension / health insurance) - Free snacks in the office! and lots of social events (pizza & beer, coffee mornings etc)
Cons
- None so far, if I had one negative comment it would be limited parking around the area. But they do offer a deal for parking at the Aviva
