A terminally vacuous environment where mediocrity is championed. It’s like working in what the Irish call transition year in school, a year of high jinx, a few weeks of work experience and lots of childish events before moving on to serious work somewhere else. I would’t recommend working there unless you like to be squeezed into loud, noisy places, kind of like a zoo at feeding hour ( there is a cafe in the middle of the office, I kid you not) - so if working for peanuts and mingling with a variety of McMurphy’s is your thing, perhaps Dublin Zoo may be more appropriate. People also get the boot, and simply disappear on a regular basis.
