Pros

None that I can think of. I did learn a lot there on my own and with the help of sympathetic agents.

Cons

Like another review was pushed into commercial lines with NO training, then was reprimanded for not taking care of policies for something I knew nothing about. High turnover of management. Very cliquish. Final straw was no raises, unable to hit bonus due to dissatisfied agents. Unfair playing field in office, exceptions for some but not others.

Cons

Upper management too involved in the day to day operations. HR situations handles inappropriately.
