There are no pros to this job. Just heartache and bad nerves and pressure.

I had 25 years of Personal Lines Insurance. I was asked if I would be willing to learn Commercial. Stuck me there. Absolutely NO HELP. Commercial is totally different. The person that was supposed to help me REFUSED to even speak to me. I was on my own. Then got in trouble for not taking care of business. The worst job I've ever had in my life. The people were non-caring. Non-understanding. Then they started setting goals that were impossible to achieve then threatened firing if we couldn't meet the goals. Most of management aren't even agents and have never sold any type of insurance in their lives. They don't know anything about insurance.
