Pros

I really like the Recharge Week initiative, i hope Diligent keeps this

Cons

I used to be part of the Galvanize acquisition and been with Galvanize / Diligent for almost 10 years. I saw how the culture has negatively changed from Galvanize to Diligent with a general sentiment of bullying and micromanagement from the people managers and seems to be tolerated by the ELT . - History of putting inexperienced people managers in critical leadership role such as having a Global SE Leader with no experience in Solutions Engineering at all - which resulted into lack of strategy, poor relationship and confusing metrics . - the Performance Imp Program is being used to bully, micromanaged and as scapegoat for poor management and lack of support instead of using this to help the employees to improve their performances. - HR seems nonexistent to help employees. Specifically in APJ region, HR does not create employee engagement activties and HR Leaders don’t even attend the activities if there is any . HR Is more of an admin team supporting the business rather than creating a positive environment and taking care of the welfare of the employees

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take seriously your concerns about cultural integration following the Galvanize acquisition. We recognize that acquisitions can be challenging and remain committed to actively integrating our cultures and practices to create a collaborative and supportive environment. While the transition may not always be seamless, we are committed to fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and engaged. We prioritize creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and their opinions are heard. We hold monthly Town Halls to foster transparency and encourage open dialogue between leadership and employees, openly discussing company strategy, answering employee questions, and gathering feedback. In addition, we adopted the Change Agents Program from Galvanize to empower colleagues to champion positive change within the company. We strongly believe in the development of our internal talent and the importance of strong leadership. We invest in developing our People Leaders and have processes in place to ensure they have the necessary skills and experience through our People Manager Foundations program, which equips leaders with the skills to effectively manage and support their teams. Our Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) are intended to be a constructive tool to help employees develop their skills and meet expectations. These plans are not meant to be punitive. While we can't comment on specific situations, we want to assure you that we don't tolerate bullying. I encourage you to reach out to me, or any member of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) if you'd like to discuss your concerns further and feel comfortable doing so. We believe Diligent is a great place to work, and we're committed to continuous improvement. Thank you for helping us make Diligent even better. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
