Pros

- good benefits and PTO - supportive manager and leaders in marketing - remote friendly (if you’re lucky enough) - profitable company that is growing

Cons

- executive team are out of touch with day to day going ons and it often feels like they’re leading us blind - team dependent but some managers micromanage and aren’t trusting of their employees - hard to be promoted and grow your career with diligent, they boast about promotions but it seems like the same group of folks get promoted year over year - new return to office procedure is clunky and not well thought out - salary compensation is lower than market average for some roles

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
