Pros

I guess the health benefits are pretty decent

Cons

Management that is not involved in your day-to-day. You are told to figure it out yourself. No call reviews, no growth trajectory. I've been here for so long and yet they still have not figured out what is the career path. How is that possible if you've been a running organization for so long?

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re glad to hear that you enjoy the ever-growing list of benefits we offer. We’ve recently rolled out new benefits and programs like Recharge Weeks, two additional weeks of PTO to unplug and recharge. And we also hope you’re able to participate in initiatives like Global Day of Service, meeting-free Wednesdays and the many events from our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). We are very sorry to hear your other feedback, and what you describe certainly does not reflect the supportive, professional and collegial work environment we strive to build and promote. We want all employees to have guidance to effectively fulfill their responsibilities and build rewarding careers in a supportive environment. We would like to understand how we can better help you and would appreciate it if you would consider reaching out to our confidential HR mailbox at HRconfidential@diligent.com if you have more specifics to share. Thank you again. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
