Pros

- The whole Hungarian division is new, so there is space to grow for everybody - Young people, very diverse knowledge - Nice office at good location

Cons

- The company is becoming to be very corporate (sometimes slow processes, tedious way to get access to certain environments) - Development happened in many locations world-wide in the past, so that it is hard to be informed and it indirectly affects the individuals performances - Because of the fast expansion we sometimes make poor decision in the hustle on who we give an offer to.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear it sounds like you’re enjoying your experience in our Budapest office. As for your other points, we are laser-focused on setting our teams up for success, as we grow our organization and strive to drive the greatest possible impact for our clients. As part of that commitment, we have worked to cascade goals throughout our entire organization to promote greater strategic clarity and alignment, and recently revamped our onboarding program to get all our new hires up to speed and keep them on track by extending training and enablement at all levels. We hear your feedback and will take this onboard as an opportunity to learn more about our teams’ needs and continue to improve our policies where we can. I hope you will consider speaking with your manager (so glad to hear it sounds like you two have a good relationship!), ELT member, or a member of the HR team – whoever you feel most comfortable talking to – so that we can hear how we can better support you. Thanks again! -Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
