~There is better software, many customers still using on-premise solutions, Diligent doesn't know how to convince them otherwise
~Leadership just blames the people below them and like to fire people not realizing it's them that are awful
~CEO is a glorified M&A advisor and scorekeeper who flaunts and relies on his Ivy League background....any excel money aka analyst from any big investment bank can easily do the job he's doing
~Besides being a good old boy, not sure how the CRO still has his job as he's also the least impressive CRO to date
~Company had similar growth issues when they were public, but since they are private only Insight Partners can reign them in or not
~Too many old white guys at this company mixed in with a few New York woke people who work for said old white guys who just lie about innovation, diversity, or any progress
~They rely on acquisitions to move revenue upstream
